Please use the form below to estimate and submit payment for your child or children’s involvement in Nittany Valley Children’s Choir for the upcoming semester. If you prefer, another payment option is to deliver a check or cash directly to our Treasurer, Erin Krol. You may contact Erin through the Contact Us page to coordinate.
IMPORTANT: When filling out the payment form, if you have a child participating in multiple choirs, only select the “highest” choir that they will be singing in; otherwise the form will think you’re signing up multiple children!
Example: If you are registering 3 children, where the youngest is participating in White Choir, the middle child is participating in Blue Choir, and the oldest is participating in both Blue Choir and Concordia, you should fill out 1 White Choir participant, 1 Blue Choir participant, and 1 Concordia participant. Check the Total Amount Due before proceeding to make sure the fee looks correct!
